First of the 2021 season:
Date: Saturday, May 8, 2021 @ 9:00 a.m. to about 11:00 a.m.
Location: Riverbend Trail
Our first Work/Walk Party of the year will kick off construction of River Bend Trail at the new campus of The Ecology School in North Saco. We plan to clear and mark the trail's route and start building a few short bridges. (Expect some follow-up work parties in coming weeks to finish the trail.) Enter the school's driveway at 184 Simpson Road, just north of the old stone bridge, and take the first right into the trail parking lot. Bring work gloves and dress for tick season!
Work/Walk Parties are sponsored by Saco Bay Trails on the second Saturday of every month (except August) until winter. As always, everyone is welcome. Please feel free to work, walk or both.
