Sylvan Trail open
It appears that the Maine Department of Transportation has completed work on the emergency access road that passes by the Sylvan Trail trailhead. We still have access to the trail and the parking lot remains accessible.
Because of the extensive clearing done for the roadwork, the beginning of the trail is a little difficult to find. But if you head back to the end of the cleared area, you should be able to see the white trail blazes.
